The upgraded Aquabeat now offers 2Gb storage for around 500 MP3s
Speedo US has announced a new mark two version of its waterproof MP3 player.
Dubbed the Lzr Racer Aquabeat, it now incorporates 2Gb memory – enough for around 500 MP3 tracks or 1000 WMA files.
Perfect for relieving the boredom of ploughing up and down the pool, the Aquabeat offers up to 8 hours of playback and is compatible with Apple’s iTunes for transferring your digital music.
It can be used to a depth of 10m and comes with waterproof earphones that attach to your goggles. It costs $119.99, but no details on UK pricing/availability yet.
